let's talk about fear. i can't deny i do have fears but come to think of it, shit do happens one day. so at work i was out patrolling wif the enforcers of the day who's mr hassan bakar and mr arrifin. same old uncle2 talks which keeps getting interesting day by day. now the shit happens as we reach berth J4. there's dis typical no life melayu man wif earings at both sides, long curly hair, very short rugged jeans, smoking and not wearing his safety helmet. and to make it a much picture perfect, he was standing right at the wharf, beside the bollard.

now the rules are rules and he must be infringed. he was unaware of us driving near him as he was busy enjoying the sea view. mr hassan gave the company's car horn a slight tap and so he turned in an instance. threw his ciggarette into the sea as if we didn't see it. theres dis two face he showed at dis point of time. an "ouh shit!" face and a "pls sir i wun do dis again!". my enforcer asked for his Jurong Port pass and identification card without any minutes in mind.

since he was standing right outside the passenger seat window, i got the bird's eye-view. he pleaded not to be charged even before my sir asking for his particulars. after much "kasi ic" said, he scrambled to his back pocket in shivering fingers and wet palms. i can hear his sniffing as though its the climax of his tears. the pleading continues forever. and when he finally got his documents back in yet still shivering palms he really gave the breakdown look. i cudn't bear to see it anymore. at the stiff age of about 30s, there's still fear to anything. never will it be seized from our soul.
